SHIPPING POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

We ship Happy Dogs (SIA “Hotdog LV”) natural treats across the Baltics using Omniva and DPD for parcel terminals and home delivery.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, LV public holidays excluded).
  • You’ll get a shipping email once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

3. DESTINATIONS

Baltics: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia. EU: expanding gradually; options shown at checkout.

4. METHODS & OPTIONS

  • Parcel Terminal (Omniva / DPD): Collect from your chosen locker; SMS/email with code when ready.
  • Home / Business Courier: Door delivery in LV typically next working day; LT/EE usually within 1–2 working days.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and method.
  • Free Omniva lockers shipping from €30 in LV.

6. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Latvia: lockers/courier ~1–2 business days.
  • Lithuania, Estonia: lockers ~2–3 business days; couriers often 1–2 business days, service-dependent.

Note: Estimates start from dispatch; weekends/holidays excluded; carrier disruptions or weather can extend timelines.

7. SIZE & WEIGHT LIMITS (LOCKERS)

  • Omniva: S 9×38×64 cm, M 19×38×64 cm, L 39×38×64 cm; up to 30 kg per parcel.

Bulky/oversize items go by courier (not lockers).

8. STORAGE & PICKUP WINDOW (LOCKERS)

  • Omniva: typically 7 calendar days.
  • DPD: usually 5–7 calendar days depending on country/service.

9. TRACKING

  • Tracking link/number sent after dispatch; allow 24–48h for scans to appear.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address aren’t refundable for original shipping. If returned/uncollected, we can reship at your expense or refund products minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

11. DAMAGED OR LOST

  • Damaged: email info@happydogs.lv within 48h of delivery with photos of item and packaging; keep all materials.
  • Lost: if tracking stalls past the estimate + 5–7 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
